Computer crashing while working on program.

Never had this problem with any other platform. In addition, I developed a campaign that I wanted to test. I sent a test email to myself this afternoon. I still don't see it in my inbox, What is going on? Previous attempts resulted in delays and a few didn't go through at all. I am on a deadline. I need this problem to be resolved quickly. I am getting very suspicious about the integrity of this platform.

If your entire device is crashing while trying to work in our platform, that sounds like a hardware issue you should probably see a technician about.

 

Regarding your test sends, I was able to receive all the test copies of your emails that I sent, so you may want to check and make sure the tests aren't getting put into your junk, or that your networks isn't holding them for security quarantine. If you continue to have issues with your test delivery, I'd advise speaking with our Delivery team directly.
