It looks like there's an issue for emails being scheduled for resend earlier than 24 hours, due to how reporting is calculated and tracked for those first 24 hours. I've marked your account as affected, and submitted the case with the requested info to the devs for further investigation. If and when there's an update regarding this issue, our devs will notify you directly.
While our dev teams work to address this, to either change how early the Resends-to-non-openers can be scheduled or make changes to the reporting, we'd recommend not scheduling Resends-to-non-openers until at least 24 hours have passed from the initial sendout. For example, if you schedule your email to send at 17:00 on November 15, your RSNO should be scheduled for no earlier than 17:01 November 16.
