Greetings,

HTML code and CSS tags are embedded in the text of the order email notifications to customers.  I have called about this issue before to no avail.  Need assistance resolving this issue.  Below is what the customer is seeing....

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

LevelUp-247,

Did you ever get a solution to this problem?..."HTML code and CSS tags- Showing in Order Email Notifications"

I called tech support months ago. They acknowledged the problem and said they would get back to me. Never did.

My store is essentially unuseable due to this problem, and I'm forced to close it if they can't/won't fix it.

Any help you can provide is much appreciated.

Thanks!
