How to upload contacts from csv

I downloaded contacts from Keap CRM system as csv file. However when I am uploading I keep getting errors. It does not show the fields that it is having issues with. Is there an integration software to bring over contacts from Keap? or what is the best way to fix this issue. Thanks in advance.
