Hi,
I created an automated email that I activated. I wanted to look at what I set up but the only option is to create a new one. How can I view (not edit) the existing welcome email I set up to a list.
Secondary question. If I activated a welcome email at 1030 AM, how long does it take for the trigger to start working and sending out the welcome emails? I've waited 30 minutes, adding contacts and no one in my test list received them.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I took a look in your account and when you select the Automated Email's title, you will then see the list name you attached to this at the top. You will also see that you have it set to send immediately after someone joins that list, so it should show people in the queue a few minutes after you have added new contacts to the list. If they are currently in that list, they won't receive the automation. Thanks!
