I am trying to build an email from a holiday template and it looks great in the preview, but when I send myself a test email the line spacing changes and then the photos do not line up correctely. There is no option to change the line spacing. Please help!

Are you seeing this occur in multiple email programs / apps, or just one in particular? Does completely deleting the text blocks, replacing them with new ones, and re-typing the text alleviate the issue?
It only happens with constant contact. I tried replacing the text boxes, text, etc, even tried changing the photos, but the test email still comes different from the preview and everything's spacing is off.

It looks like your email client may be double spacing your text. Copying and pasting text in can cause these issues to happen, so making sure you are re-typing the text in a brand new block instead of copying and pasting should fix this.
