Poll Report Issues exporting responses

I've selected all the check boxes and click on Add to List or Export Selected as CSV and nothing happens.

Hello @MidYMCA ,

 

It looks like this is a known issue our devs are looking into. If and when they have an update regarding it, they'll notify you directly.

 

In the meantime your workarounds would be to do the following:

  • For the exports, select whether you want to view all responses, or specific responses, then just click the export at the top without clicking any of the checkmark boxes. This should cause it to automatically download once it's done processing.
  • For the Add to List, manually select the contacts, don't use the select-all top box. You should then be able to click Add to list and have it pop up as expected.
