Have you tried deleting the universal and inline code from your site, and then re-added it? Does your webmaster or the site builder's support have the ability to see if there's been any error codes from contact submissions, or other errors showing internally regarding form submissions?

It's not an email, it's the website on the link above.
I've added it both inline as code, and separately as a plugin, so it's been through a couple of times, but there is no 'thanks' message, the page simply reloads.
I can look at error logs - where does the CC plugin write errors to?
We simply provide the code to plug into your site. Beyond that, we don't have a hand in the site's functionality with it. Do you have a separate webmaster or site builder support on your side you can reach out to, to assist with troubleshooting the site's compatibility with the script?

I'm not expecting a full technical intervention, sorry if that was the interpretation. From my side, I've added in the WordPress plugin and set up a form, but the customers get no notification that their details have been sent to the form. I've done nothing else but add that in, and still no notification.
As this seems to be a fairly vanilla install I thought you might have some pointers about either where the 'thank you' message sits in CC, or why it may not be coming through, or may have advised someone who has had a similar issue before and what steps they took to resolve.
