After taking a look at your contact, I can see in your activity page contacts were added both manually and an outside app. I can also see many of the contacts you have uploaded were previously unsubscribed. Do you see any upload history for these contacts under your activity page?
I can see you were also able to get in contact with our phone Support about uploading your contacts as well. Were you able to upload your contacts after all?
