I'm going to add my voice to the need to add an early bird pricing option, so we don't have to either have twice as many tickets or have to go in and manually change everything at the early bird cutoff date.

I have just created an event with the new program. I was not able to record a Canadian Post Code. It would not take any letters - just numbers (US style). Also, I selected to receive funds by PayPal and I am not certain if it allows Canadian currency as USD was reflected in the currency box, but in kind of a shadow. Please, advise.

Unlike Legacy Events, Events 2.0 allows duplicate registration and does not prompt the registrants "You are already registered for this event" when attempting to register for an event previously registered. This is problematic and needs to be corrected.

Hi, I have been with constant contact for a few decades. You used to have an option in Calendar View to access past years. In the past few days this option is no longer available. It has been very helpful to me because I need to access campaigns from years past. Could you please restore this option? Thank you!

We have used the automated email function for years and found it very workable and flexible. The new format recently developed is clearly a step back in flexibility and quality. Our automated emails have always run on a scheduled marketing plan for up to 90 days using 25 emails. Today we learned there is a maximum of 15 emails that can be used by counting the emails and the time delays. Somebody failed to provide more in marketing but significantly less. Not a positive development for our organization.

It would be helpful to be able to customize the look and feel of the event sign-up forms, like making a template or default style where you can customize fonts, how buttons look, where certain information is, etc. And it would also be nice to do this as well with the events calendar. It would also be nice to be able to either make tags for events or make multiple calendars. For example, we have different kinds of "events" and would like to allow subscribers to "filter" what kind of events they want to see & sign-up for if wanted. It would also be helpful if you can select which calendar you want to add the event to when clicking "add to calendar". Also, it would be extremely helpful if there is a way to have the option to ask certain questions depending on if they've registered in the past or not or if they're on a certain list. For example, we would like to make the process a lot quicker/simpler for our registrants, whereas, we would need more information for newcomers/guests.

When making an edit change, the "Save" action button continues to be greyed out even after editing is done, re: unable to save change. Yet, if I go back in later, I discover that the change was effective. There is no way for the user to know this. I wasted an hour only to learn later that the change was effective. This is since the interface change

It makes no sense to program a Landing Page with a default 6 month expiration. What idiot thought this was a good idea. If I don't want a page to show after a certain date, I can delete it. Makes no sense to have to remember to edit a expiration date. And then if you forget to do it, you're screwed because you can no longer edit the date and the URL is dead. I have a hard codded URL in one of my software products that no longer works, and no way to get it back. VERY BAD PROGRAMMING. VERY BAD FOR MY BUSINESS. Please fix this ASAP.

I used to be able to add an email address by putting in the first few letters of the name when creating a newsletter for my colleagues or sending a copy to my colleagues. At present, I have to scroll through all the email addresses saved and they are not even in alphabetical order. What changed? Mari

You cannot change the secondary email header on the mobile app - it always says “you don’t want to miss this”. We have to send out bad news on it sometimes or report the death of a member of our organization and that sounds tacky when it is published this way. maybe I am missing it somewhere???

I would appreciate if the system would remember viewing settings. I manually have to change it to sort by lastname and show 100 each time I log in. Can this be saved somehow to default to that sorting when I log in?

Sometimes people are away and don't see email. In all my other cloud services we can resend the invitation to log in. It would be great if we could do that in ConstantContact. Hmmm... your name implies this would be a logical fix.

adding multiple contacts This used to be easy. Now it is difficult. Adding a list doesn't allow indicating list or tags. Completely unhelpful.

I would love to connect Shopify or our website, greenhousehome.com to the 'Product' option under the action block, so people can buy directly through our emails, rather than just linking everything. Currently, the only platforms it allows to list products are ebay and etsy, neither of which is particularly useful to our business. Thank you!

The home screen shows a list of the last 4-5 campaigns and an option to "Copy" the campaign. The "Copy" function does nothing - no response - no nothing. Either fix the function or remove it. I have to click on the Campaigns tab and then copy the last campaign. Thanks..

When I select the scheduled time and I select the hour it is fine but when I select the minute from the drop down menu, if I select the :05 from the drop down menu, when I click it and close the drop down menu, it doesn't show as for example 12:05, it shows as 12:00. It does however get sent at 12:05 but it is really confusing and I am asking to please take a look at this. Thank you.

Hello, it would be much more satisfying (and give a sense of comfort) if you would provide a "SAVE" button after making an edit in the Contacts fields. Because there's no SAVE button to click on, I am always left to wonder if my edits were, indeed, saved? Thank you
