I wish there was a way to group objects in emails. I use three dividers in my campaigns to create a cool effect, but when I need to move them I have to individually move them, so if there was a way to group them and move them together that would be cool.

I send out a newsletter/blog post every Friday, have done so for many years. Today I had to migrate off the "legacy" email platform and use the new platform. On prior platform I could write my update in Word and then just copy and paste into appropriate section on the Constant Contact template and my formatting remained. As well, I could drop my image (a chart that changes weekly into the copy). On new platform when I paste my copy it converts to whatever is pre-set, which is a pain since some of my copy is different size font, and I can't drag and drop my image. Now I need four steps, before I needed two, to complete the copy. Went from about 1 minute to complete my update every Friday to 5+.

I miss the old style of Web Extract...The new social posts show a link, but the photo is not linked. I think people will be confused.

Hello, I like using your templates because they are attractive and user-friendly. However, there is currently no ability to add Alt Text to the CC images in your templates. Many of my clients are blind, and so any images must have Alt Text to describe them. At this time, I either cannot use your templates, or if I do, I have to replace all the CC images with my own images, which partly defeats the point of using an easy template. Please either add Alt Text to your images, or allow us to -- it is an accessibility issue. Thank you!

I would think that a report for showing Contacts activity would be very helpful. It should show your contact, the number of campaigns sent to them and the number of opens. If I have a contact that is not opening their emails, I need to check if they are not seeing them. Or are just ignoring them.

Just some feedback about the Constant Contact Newsletter itself. As someone who's been using Constant Contact for a while, I appreciate their focus on speaking directly to your audience and creating targeted email lists. However, it struck me recently—why aren't they applying this advice themselves? For example, we received Thanksgiving-themed emails despite being based in the UK, where Thanksgiving isn't celebrated. It's something we’re used to brushing off, but it made me wonder—shouldn't Constant Contact, a company that emphasises the importance of relevance in email marketing, lead by example? If we're constantly reminded about the value of segmentation and personalization, surely they could fine-tune their messaging to match their global audience. Or am I missing a setting I should be using?

I was editing a segment that I run every month (it had just one component, the dates people joined.I changed the dates but couldn't see how to save the changes. It took me a good while to realize that the vacation message you throw up at the top of the screen was covering the "Save" button. You need to fix that coding so it sits above the critical parts of the page. If I had remembered that the "save" was at the top I probably would have realized it sooner, but since I use it infrequently, and most of the time it's probably visible, I just didn't remember. Or maybe you should move the save down below the segment criteria instead of above it.

It would be beneficial to me to be able to have the "Social Media Follow' be able to remember my accounts when I use it in an email. Currently, I have to fill out all the account URLs each time I use it in an event email. It would save time and energy when creating multiple emails for multiple events. Perhaps it could even be some fields that are saved in my account record and pulled into the tool.

I’ve noticed this for several days. There is no longer a way to go back a year at a time in the Campaign Calendar view. I have checked this in both Chrome, Firefox and Safari. What happened to this option?

My organization links to a website where almost every link we ever want to refer to includes the string &reg within it. Constant Contact is reading this and inserting the Registered symbol (R with a circle around it) INTO MY URLs! That's ridiculous. Constant Contact should take my URLs as is. I should not have to edit each link, giving me the opportunity to introduce human error into them.

I am unable to create an event that is scheduled to take place after September 2023. This is a huge problem as we like to have our entire year of offerings available to market them and open registration, and we are hamstringed by this limitation. It is very important that we are able to open registration to an event after September 30. I have no idea why there is an arbitrary cut off for how far off we can plan events, but at a minimum we need to be able to plan them through December 2023. If this isn't fixed or changed soon, we might need to look into other platforms.

The place where I always add subject line and preheader for emails is not there when I create the automated series of emails. How do I add that? When I send a test, it comes through as "No Subject" and "You don't want to miss this" for the preheader. This is not what I want to say as a subject and preheader.

Can't get rid of the popup about the new contact experience. Have checked the "Do not show" checkbox multiple times. Still comes back.

When sending out a campaign and assigning your distribution lists, if you have to go back and make an edit to your campaign, you now have to reselect your distribution lists. We didn't have to repeat this step before.

Since the iPhone app was updated by developer a week ago,(2/2/2020), if I want to view opens of email blasts (while sorting with recent activity date at top), it now only lists first names! It used to list email addresses plus first names. Please bring back this feature to show email addresses and first names without having to click on each and every first name to bring up their email address. Thank you!

Hello, I have been using Constant Contact for almost two years, always with the Chrome browser, and recently with the debut of Constant Contact's new home dashboard I have been unable to use the site in Chrome. The top navigation (Campaigns, Contacts, etc.) does not load and the "View All" button to see campaigns is non-functional. I end up in a loop of refreshing the page, it booting me to log-in again, the site recognizing that I'm already logged in, and then I'm stuck on the nonfunctional page again. When I switch to Firefox everything works fine, but I am not a Firefox user and it is inconvenient to switch browsers to use a product we pay hundreds a month for.
