I checked your most recently sent emails, and none of them were showing justified alignment in previews or test sends on my end. Did you figure out the issue, or are you still experiencing the text misalignment on your end? If so, does the issue occur in multiple email programs/apps, or just one in particular?
Do you have access to any other email programs / apps, to see if the justified alignment is getting forced on them in those as well?
Otherwise, it's sounding like there's a setting or something else on the Outlook side that's forcing it. In that case, it may be worth reaching out to Outlook's support for further troubleshooting.
