Hello @HRAnnie ,   With this type of setup the communications would still mainly be for the overall Event-style campaign. To get around this you'd likely have to set up separate lists of people based on their item purchase, and then send 3ge-style emails outside of the event itself to make sure these date-specific emails are being properly distributed.   It may be easier to set up multiple event campaigns - one for each "event" you're needing to have available. Then you can insert the events' share links as different options in a regular 3ge-style email "invitation."   Our engineers are hard at work on a massive overhaul of the event builder as we move to revitalize it internally. Hello @ERCODA ,   Since emails can still be edited while in Draft or Scheduled status, the unique url's for emails do not go fully live until the email has been sent out, similarly to how other campaign types' links may not work or redirect properly if they're still unpublished.   If you're needing to provide an email's link before it's been truly sent out, you can put the email into a "Scheduled" status (by selecting a future date/time rather than Send Now), which will provide the link. Though it won't open to a proper webpage till actually sent, it can still be shared and copy-pasted as needed. ... View more

Hello @SteveD11 ,   If the Always Show option is always on, the only other elements would be: making sure the email address you're receiving from is marked as safe whitelisting Constant Contact in your security settings If these steps are still causing your the emails to not display images by default, we can try to get a case submitted to our higher level technical team for further review or a remote session to see what might be causing this issue to only affect you. Hello @lpritzker ,   Taking a look at your contacts we couldn't find any dupes in any of your lists or in the active contacts. We did find a lot of contacts that were very similar, but did have at least some kind difference (i.e. a missing letter or missing period). The incorrectly spelled email is the most likely to bounce, which might make it easier if you send out an email to a list that includes one of these incorrect email addresses. Otherwise you'll want to go through your contacts and manually remove them.   If you have some examples of customers who claim they've received duplicate emails, feel free to send them as a direct reply to the automatic email you'll receive from us mentioning your @, that way we can do some more investigating.     ... Hello @FirstNameL66276 ,   This is a feature request our engineers are looking into, so I can make sure to get your case and information submitted to them for an update notification. You can always suggest that your contacts forward the emails to friends, but this does run the risk of a couple things outside of our control:   1) the email client rearranging the email's coding, causing display issues 2) If one of the forwardees clicks the coded SafeUnsubscribe link, it can result in the forwarding contact becoming unsubscribed   While these aren't guaranteed issues, they are elements to keep in mind. For the time being, I'd recommend you encourage the forwardees to sign up for your newsletters, or have your forwarding contacts convince them to sign up for direct mailings. ... View more
