I am currently running in Firefox. I don't use Chrome because the color branding still does not work in Chrome. It doesn't matter what browser I use, or what computer I use, everything associated with Constant Contact is EXTREMELY S...L....O.........W. Typing this response has been excruciating. Then I get a red popup that states, "Sorry, unable to complete the action you requested."

Is there any way adding the option to select 25, 50 or 100 images in the detailed list view, rather than "select more"? I inherited this account and I am trying to organize close to 1000 unfiled images. What about also being able to sort them in reverse time order? Even better would be to update the Date Range feature in the Advanced Search option. Surely you can come up with a better means of selecting a date range than scrolling through a calendar month by month.

So...It is now March 3, 2024. I first wrote about the issue of not being able to see library subfolders way back on September 1, 2022. Do you have any progress updates to share? This is a very reasonable request, and one that worked correctly in prior editors. What is so different with your code that this functionality can't be re-established?

Is there a way to export a list of unsubscribed users with the reason they unsubscribed over a period of time? Or must we look at those statistics email by email under Reporting? We are a dog training facility and dog supply retail store. As such, the majority of our unsubscribe reasons are "content is no longer relevant" as they are no longer taking training classes. However, we get the occasional "my dog died". I would like to quickly review unsubscribes in a "bulk" manner so that I can address those random reasons.

@Caitlin_MNo need enable images to display in Outlook if it already displays in one browser and no others. Interestingly enough, if I delete the email and them move it back to the inbox, the image will appear in Chrome and Edge. Go figure. Just trying to figure out if it is related to something specific to my computer Also wanted to add that I don't see any problems with the email in Gmail in any browser or in the Gmail app on my iPhone. I test by sending to various accounts - my work one (Outlook based) and 2 personal ones - one gmail and one comcast. I get the comcast one in apple mail on my phone.

If I am using Outlook in Chrome or Edge, my images are not appearing in my email. They are visible when using Safari. I am using Windows 11 Home, OS Build 22621.3007. There are no issues view images when using the Outlook app on my iPhone 15 (IOS 17.2.1). Just curious if anyone else has seen this happen. I do plan to start including "View as Webpage" link.

@William_A Thanks - I think you are right in my Comcast emails being blocked as a result of high volume. It is a small percentage of my overall subscribed Comcast emails and it isn't consistently the same emails or even the same number of emails. We will see what happens going into the New Year.

Why was this option removed? It worked fine in the past. I was using it constantly to review the emails that I sent last year in December by simply arrowing back a year (or more) at a time.

I’ve noticed this for several days. There is no longer a way to go back a year at a time in the Campaign Calendar view. I have checked this in both Chrome, Firefox and Safari. What happened to this option?

Finally having a chance to circle around to this. I "think" i have a work around that doesn't require upgrading. Tell me if this seems like it would work. A little background. I work at a dog training facility and our classes run on a 6 week cycle. I can export from Lightspeed a list of customers who signed up for classes during a specific session, assign them a tag (say Nov2023), and upload that list to my contacts. I can use the tag to send a welcome to class email to just those specific customers. It's not ideal, but we aren't talking huge numbers - about 150 clients each session. I can have a different tag associated with customers who are completely new to our company. That welcome email would introduce them to all we offer (store, dog park, training).

Going forward and back a month seems to put the scheduled emails in their proper place. Cleaning the cache/removing non-essential cookies doesn't alleviate the issue. It also happens on both work and home computers.

Interesting - When I use the Campaign Calendar View in Chrome and Edge, my evening campaigns show up on the scheduled date. However, when I use the Campaign Calendar View in Firefox, the campaigns show up on the following day (i.e. scheduled for 8pm on a Thursday evening, will show as Friday in Firefox, and Thursday in Chrome and Edge). Why is this? I have been mostly using Firefox because of the issue of my saved brand colors not showing when using Chrome. Not having the calendar display properly is annoying.

Thank you. So you will be editing the Knowledge Base article with this information? It doesn't appear that anything has been done to resolve the issue with being able to see ALL library folders and subfolders with CPE. Is there work going on behind the scenes to address this issue? Any ETA? That has been my primary concern with converting all my email templates to CPE. It is ridiculous to be advised to re-upload images so that they appear at the top of the "queue" as a work around.

RE: Knowledge Base Article: 000048063 Add a border around your email template, Updated: December 16, 2022. This appears to apply only to newer templates, not older, as there is no "Background & Borders" section in the Design tab, only a "Background" section. Is there any way of of getting this option? If not, the article should be updated to state this and directions given on how to update your template to be able to do so.

If you DO NOT have a timeline for fixing the ability to have multiple library folders with your Cross Device Editor, can you ensure that we can continue to use the 3rd Gen editor without it automatically converting to the Cross Device Editor? I have a number of emails that I use as a template that now, when copied, convert to the Cross Device Editor which does not have the same functionality as the prior editor. This should be a priority.

Also, I would prefer NOT to re-upload images. That defeats the purpose of having library folders. As for searching....that is often a useless endeavour. The ability to select from multiple folders should be fully functional in your "new" Cross Device Editor, especially since it works fine in your old 3rd gen editor. CC has managed to get it working - at times - and then??? it no longer works.

Sigh...this is happening again. I noticed it the evening of 5/25. I was copying a prior campaign and noticed that the editor had switched from the old to the new AND I can no longer scroll my library when I am searching for a specific folder for a specific image. Please get someone working on this!

Next to the library search box, you can select "Advanced". In that expanded menu, you can select a date range to view. Gotta admit, the date selection is rather clunky to use.
