Adding a User to Constant Contact

Hi there, I'm trying to (re) add a user to our Constant Contact account. I believe he was previously on the account, but I don't see him on the manage users list anywhere. But when I try to add him I get an error message that he already exists. Can you help me get him reactivated? Thanks
