BigCommerce integration not working

Been trying to integrate CC with BigCommerce for a while now - still not working. ?

Please call our general support so they can get you to the Tier 2 integrations support team for further, live, 1:1 assistance. To expedite the support, please consider having responses to these questions ready:

  • What is your browser and version?
  • If using Safari, is "browser preventing cross site tracking cookies" selected in your browser settings? Does unchecking it work?
  • Are cookies enabled?
  • Does another browser work?
  • Was the integration disconnected on BigCommerce's side first?

This problem still exists and no Constant Contact tech has been able to fix my problem with not being able to connect a Bigcommerce store to Constant Contact.  Read your reviews indicating this chronic problem.  https://www.bigcommerce.com/apps/constant-contact/#marketplace-appDetail-reviews

 

One reviewer suggest uninstall and reinstall works but this is not true.  Bigcommerce support says the problem lies with Constant Contact not giving Bigcommerce stores permission to access the Constant Contact account and synchronize.  I don't know what to do but will end my business with Constant Contact soon if it cannot get fixed.
