We are trying to send an email to our students and parents Friday morning. These are not new contacts!! They were already in our account. We just added them to a different list! They have very limited office hours so I cannot send until they sign n the office. We pay waaaaay too much money to have our services interrupted like this.

I certainly apologize that the system is blocking you from sending email campaigns. Looking at your account, it actually appears to be in regards to the billing. You can either pay for the account by check, or update the credit card on file for the account, and it should resolve the issue.
