Email tests not working


Hello, I just created an email and sent it as a test to our team, and no one has received it. We have had this problem in the past, and we would like to get it resolved as quickly as possible. We like to see the email before we blast out to our customers, so we usually send our team a test then proceed to our proper list. Thank you,

Deliverability can have a lot of variables, from elements on our side, on your side, on the recipient's side, and in their email system company's side. It's also a generally good idea to set up additional authentication for your emails - in your case self-authentication since you have your own domain (such as through a business or other organization). Using our authentication when you have your own domain may cause sending issues.
