I have two emails from June I cannot get regular access to reporting for via the API/Power My Analytics nor the native interface.

Are you getting any specific error messages, or a blank page, when trying to view the email reporting through the main website's UI? If you're having issues with an integration you've made and connected with our API, it may be worth reaching out to the Web Services team here in the Developer boards or on their main site.
