Hi there, just dropping a quick note to mention that I've tried to verify my email through the prompts a couple times now, and there's been an error each time. Thanks!

Are you able to provide a screencap of the error message? At this time you only have one email address verified on your account, is that the one you're trying to verify, or are you trying to verify another?

I was able to verify my address using the alternative link in the email - the "if you're having trouble with the first link, try this one". Thank you!
