Is the issue still occurring? I ask because I was able to get to the email editing screen from both clicking on the step's name, as well as through the Edit Email option in the 3 dots submenu. Is this issue occurring when you only specifically click the three dots submenu and select Edit Email, or is it also occurring when you click directly on the email step's name as well?
It may be worth performing some basic connectivity troubleshooting. Please keep in mind that when I say connectivity issues, I'm not necessarily referring to just your internet speed. There are a number of elements that can affect website connectivity and accessibility on an individual basis.
