menu for block stuck ion font size 18

I copy/paste from a word document into email block

The menu for font size is stuck on 18 and will not change to 16 which is the size I need.

The font style will change and everything else works.

When this occurs, do you just paste straight into the email editor, do you paste without formatting, or do you first clear formatting in a text document then copy that into the editor?
