Hi, for privacy reasons, I have a facebook group set up for my contacts instead of a page... I am a children's minister and do not wish to publicly share their pictures etc, on social media. It would be a huge help if constant contact would allow me to share the benefits offered to my group as opposed to only being able to share to a page. Thank you!

The RSVP block that can be added to emails for upcoming events makes things so easy, I love it! Previously, our employees were asked to call or email a specific person, but this year we added in this RSVP online feature and have had to chase less people down for their answer; amazing! My only complaint, which I believe to be very valid and relevant, is that a cut-off date and message cannot be added to the back end of the form. Our catering numbers are due a week in advance, so everybody that RSVP'd after the date, I have to personally reach out to and let them know if we can fit them in or not. Which also means I have to check the RSVP report every single day to see if new ones came in.

since this will be a nonprofit organization account, used by multiple people, it's difficult to use these kind of questions and have everyone know the answers.

Our company would like to offer a product that involves educational materials sent out via Autoresponder series. Consumers would pay for the series, then once they pay they would automatically be added to a list and the autoresponder series would start. Currently, I have not been able to locate a way to link a sign-up form to payment. It seems that consumers would have to go through the "Enter Your Information" process twice to gain access to the series, which is a real shame as it can deter many people to add more clicks. It would be great if there were a way, through Constant Contact, to easily add someone to a list via a payment form!

Would love to be able to "favorite" or "star" some of the templates in your library. Sometimes I see some that I think will be great to use down the line, but not what I need in this instance, but then I'm afraid I won't be able to find/come back to what I like later.

When looking at my contacts, it would be useful to be able to filter them by different actions they have or have not taken. For example, filtering for only leads who have: Opened at least 3 emails in the last 30 days Completed a feedback survey with positive feedback Opened 3 emails in a row This would allow me to focus my efforts in other channels (i.e. phone call prospecting) on my most engaged leads. It would also be helpful if you could tag the filtered leads, and if that could trigger a Zapier automation so I could add a corresponding tag to these leads in my CRM. For reference, my real estate CRM does a fantastic job at this and has a robust set of filters you can use to sort through and then tag your database, which has proven to be incredibly powerful for our business.

The idea is that when a user sends an email with key details, the system would generate a professional flyer based on the content. This feature would save time by eliminating the need for manual flyer creation, ensure brand consistency by following design guidelines, and make it easier for users to generate promotional materials directly from their email content. Please let me know if this is something your team would be interested in exploring.

Just letting you know I switched away from the "new experience" because the dashboard isn't useful. It can't be customized to show the stats that are most important to me. For example, I don't want to see "total contacts" - I only care about "subscribed contacts". If there is a way to make changes like that or customize the new dashboard view that I'm missing, let me know. Thanks!

Hello, Please add a way to track the # of contacts over time for certain lists (and the whole list). I am benchmarked on the growth of one particular list, and I want to be able to pull contact reports say of contact growth (or not growth) over a calendar year, or two quarters last year, or a fiscal year, or two fiscal years, or custom dates. I know I am not alone in this -- plenty of marketers have these benchmarks we are trying to meet, especially now that a lot of orgs/businesses are realizing that they own their email list and that's where the gold is. Please let us have insights into what's working! (And save us time in pulling these reports. I am doing this all manually right now and that is ridiculous in 2025.)

It would be really helpful if you had the ability to add check boxes to Sign Up forms. When a user registers to be on our email distribution list I would like them to select a couple of topics they are interested in by selecting check boxes. This will ensure better targeting of our communications by either noting their areas of interest in a field or adding them to relevant distribution lists. I see you have the capability to add check boxes to Survey Forms so why not sign up forms as well.

It would be convenient if we can see who replied to an email that is sent out on constant contact instead of seeing it only through the inbox of which the email "reply to" is set on. Another feature that would be nice is to have a CC feature available so we can send emails out and have somebody else be in the loop of those emails too.

Hi! A report that shows all activity by contact would be very useful. Right now I'm looking at each email sent to see what click shave happened and by who plus who has visited landing pages etc. and then manually combining to provide our sales team for follow up. One report that shows all activity made by contact filterable by date would be great!

In the Library, it shows the Date added / File added date. When we use the "Replace file" feature, it would be great to additionally show when the file was updated (and still keep the original date shown). But there's no way to tell if the file has changed. Thank you!

I signed up for the basic SMS plan. I wasn't able to get my test SMS to send to me b/c I didn't push 'Schedule' blue button twice? I got on your support line and got my problems solved. I've been so busy sending emails, that I forgot take advantage of my monthly 500 SMS plan. I think you should allow people to opt in to reminders—if you have messages remaining or if you have failed to send any SMS-send people an email or text. SMS will be a powerful part of my marketing—and I already promote Constant Contact. If I was having a good SMS experience (eg: if you reminded me to use my plan) I would sing your praises even more! it would be great to see who and how may people have clicked on a link and to be able to select them all and then to simply be able to crate an separate custom email that reached just that group. you'd be able to very specifically communicate with people ho are clicking on links that are important to them. also Id not have to export or create additional lists.

I think that something has changed in the feature that lets you resend an email to new subscribers (or subscribers who it has not been previously sent to). For instance I sent an email yesterday and got a half dozen or so new subscribers today who I would like to send it to. According to your documentation, it will only be sent to people who it wasn't already sent to, but I would feel more confident if I could see the number of subscribers the system expects to be sending it to. I believe that in the past (before the most recent changes to your interface), that total it was being sent to would show up after you set up the lists. I would really like to be able to know how many subscribers it is being sent to before I click "SEND".

Good morning! Let me start by saying I LOVE your services! Suggestion is that I wish the app was more user friendly and had more capabilities. We are using your platform for church ministry communications-sending texts is easy and a quick way for us to communicate, however, we currently have to do all the SMS. sending from a desktop as the app does not support it. I wish there was an easier and quicker way to send text messages while on the go.
