The #1 tip I have for business owners is if you are not a "social media person" delegate it to an agency, contractor or employee to handle it for you so they can post on your behalf.    A good social media posting plan may look like this below:  Planning: Capitalize on Key Dates: Identify significant days of the year and plan promotions around them. This can help you stay relevant and engage with your audience around trending topics. Example Actions: Preschedule Posts: Use scheduling tools to plan your posts in advance. This ensures a consistent posting schedule without last-minute stress. Batch Work: Create content in bulk. Working in batches can streamline your workflow and maintain a cohesive look and feel across your posts. Content to Post: Leverage Customer Interactions: Review your emails to identify common questions or concerns from your audience. These insights can inspire valuable content that addresses their needs directly. Showcase Your Work: Post photos of your projects or completed work to highlight your expertise and achievements. Client Visits: When visiting a client, take a photo together and tag them. This not only personalizes your content but also extends its reach through the client’s network. I personally love an email with a witty subject line. A good example of creative subject lines that get me to click in  emails are my favorite retailers. I feel targeted because they know I have a shopping problem. But I have to give them credit because their subject lines get me to click into the email and usually the email has some type of offer waiting for me to spend more!    We receive hundreds of emails a day. Think about the ones that you click on and what made you click on it. Was it the eye-catching subject line? Was it the offer waiting for you inside the email? This is super informative, @Elizabeth_K. I love the idea of using a QR code when you're trying to attract potential customers to a landing page when you're on the go! I think this is a great idea as it generates more traffic, but also could potentially grow your list. QR codes are also convenient and you can get creative in your branding of them. I don't work in real estate, but I tried to think up some potential copy that might be beneficial!   If you a new listing becomes available you could say something like, "Hi [Name], I'm exited to share a new listing in your preferred area! Would you like to schedule a private tour? - add url -." If you're planning an open house and want to use SMS to reach prospective buyers you could say, "Hello [Name], you're invited to an exclusive open house this Saturday from [Time] at [Address]. Discover your dream home. Hope to see you there!" Maybe you want to check up on a previous client, even though the sale is over. It's helpful to stay top of mind, because you never know when they might be looking to buy/sell again: "Hi [Name], can you believe it's been a year since you moved into your home? I'm like Tracey: I don't use Tik Tok for personal or business. As an agency, we decided to "stay in our lane" and focus on assets we/our clients own: website, email lists, and lead magnets, and use social media to drive traffic there.    PS. transparency: I'm tired of consuming content and spending so much time on my phone! I second David's answer above, and also want to add that I use data and analytics to create custom audiences for ad campaigns. This allows me to run promotions to those who have already engaged ads as well as upload custom audiences LISTS so that I can marketing online directly to those already in my database.
