Sometimes it takes a bit for the industry stats to show up, or there could be a little hiccup. Just make sure your industry is saved correctly in your profile. Give us a heads-up if it’s still not working by the end of the day.   For this challenge, the deal is to check out the emails you sent in Week 1 and compare them with the ones you sent in Week 5. We're not looking at the same email being resent over and over, but rather seeing how two different campaigns did in terms of performance (one from Week 1 and one from Week 5).   If you need more time to get good results from your sent emails (since emails can take a while to settle), no problem! It's super easy to read and has relevant sections that talk about your services. Some suggestions Highlight the deadline (12/31/24) more prominently to encourage quick action. I have some suggestions to make it even better before you hit send.   Instead of saying "Quick News Updates," which is informative but not very exciting, try something more fun like "Get the Scoop with Quilt & Sew: Fresh Updates and Special Deals!" This way, you'll catch people's attention right away. Using phrases such as "Limited Time Only!" or "Hurry, While Supplies Last!" in promotions such as "Awesome Furniture Sale" and "Baby Lock Financing" can generate a sense of urgency. The quilt pic at the top looks cool, but the words on top might be hard to read. Yes, this could happen. Some email systems have security stuff, like spam blockers and virus checkers, that check incoming emails for bad stuff like spam, viruses, or fake emails. Sometimes these things can make it look like an email was opened, even if the person didn't actually read it.   Sometimes this happens with work emails or some email providers that have automatic tools to check out links and stuff in emails to make sure they're OK. But you might wanna think about if a 48% open rate is doable based on your past numbers and how others in the industry are doing. A year seems like a good amount of time. The marketing goal is super clear -reach out to real estate investors and turn 'em into customers. But it'd be even better if you could explain how you're gonna organize all the contacts.   If you're using Microsoft Excel to keep track of how many deals you've closed with each client, that's a great idea! You might wanna think about adding in some other cool stats too, like how many people you're turning into customers or how many new leads you're bringing in.   You might want to add more ways to see how well you’re connecting with people. You could check how many people are opening your emails or responding to your QR code flyers. It will give you a better idea of how your marketing is doing.
