I'll piggyback off of Chris and say that if you have access to a graphic designer, maybe you could have a cover for the report created that is a bit more visual and appealing and then insert that either along with the button (but make the image clickable, too) or just on its own. You could also get away with using the first page of the document turned into a JPG or PNG file, but it doesn't have a lot of visual flair.   Maybe even include some additional copy in the email itself that highlights some of the major talking points within the PDF.   I'd also recommend moving your logo to the very top of the email and making it clickable to your website. I'd also include additional information at the bottom like you would see at the bottom of a website (it would include business name, contact information, social media if you have it, maybe a smaller version of your logo). ... Hi @ConnorO369. Thanks for coming over to the Template Feedback board. I'd be happy to take a look.    I like the usage of green in your template. Green gives off positive feelings and is associated with growth, which certainly relates to someone needing to find a new home. With some real estate newsletters, realtors sometimes include multiple photos of a property which can be overwhelming and take up space that should be used to describe the home instead. You're taking that approach to instead point your contacts toward your website so they can view the full listing.   The background is a bit distracting and I'm finding myself looking at that more than the content of the newsletter. A solid or less busy background may is better suited for your newsletter so your contacts can concentrate on the listings. There's also a mix of your "Hole in One Homes" branding and Keller Williams and they're not harmonious. I'm imagining that you are primarily promoting your website so I'd stick with the green and black theme for your headlines and sections. I don't know much about realty but I'm guessing you should mention that you are a Keller Williams agent so the logo for that can be included at the bottom. I also recommend not overloading your email with underlined text since it gives the impression that the text is linked to another site. Hi @Sherbrooke, thanks for sharing, and happy to offer some advice.   Strengths: The email's tone is welcoming and personal, which helps to build a strong connection with the readers. ✔️ Joy-Ann's introduction as the new Donor Relations Manager adds a nice personal touch. ✔️ Clearly provided contact details encourage readers to reach out. ✔️ Suggestions: Consider making your images clickable and include alt text for accessibility.  Make sure the headline text is 22 to 24pt and the body text is 14 to 16pt for optimal readability. The CTA to contact Joy-Ann is clear but not very engaging. I'd suggest adding larger and more visually distinct buttons for individuals to reach out. I took a look through it and had some preliminary thoughts that may help.   Current Strengths: Branding: the email overall uses consistent colors and imagery related to the promotions. ✔️ Content Variety: the email effectively highlights multiple promotions, catering to different interests (garden supplies, Vera Bradley products, etc.). ✔️ Imagery: great work having all the images linked to all your various offerings. ✔️   Suggestions for Improvement: Current: the email could benefit from a more defined visual hierarchy. Suggestion: Use larger, bolder headlines and distinct sections to guide readers through the content more easily. Consider adding links to social media at the bottom of your email (If applicable). Call to Action (CTA): The CTAs are present but could be more prominent. Suggestion: make the CTAs stand out with contrasting colors and strategic placement above and below the fold. Make sure the CTA buttons are large and clear. Overall, I think you have designed a strong email campaign. I'm like Tracey: I don't use Tik Tok for personal or business. As an agency, we decided to "stay in our lane" and focus on assets we/our clients own: website, email lists, and lead magnets, and use social media to drive traffic there.    PS. transparency: I'm tired of consuming content and spending so much time on my phone! I decided to jump over to my personal inbox and scroll through the first page to see what emails I had clicked on. Besides the jury duty summons (definitely clicked on that), I also clicked on an email that was offering a discount for an art tutorial (I mentioned in another post that I'm a sucker for these things). I clicked on a project update email for something I backed on a crowdfunding program. I also clicked on an email that identified me by name and another one that is a newsletter for an art program I use.   My main takeaway from observing my own behavior (which should be viewed as strictly anecdotal) is that while my inbox is filled with a lot of deals, delivery notifications, and news alerts I primarily focused on the emails that talked to me directly or relate to products/services I've shown expressed interest in.   It highlights the importance of making sure you're not just sending to any, ol' contact. I am interested in art-related stuff, but not, say, gardening. Review your audience engagement and if you can't win back their interest, focus on the contacts that are actively engaging with your campaigns. ... View more

Hi @L74478,   We do not have any templates that are specific to tennis or youth summer camps. If you search keywords like "summer" or "sports" in the template picker you might find templates that you could customize to fit your needs. I imagine some of the visuals elements would be pulled from images and graphics used for the program already, so you could still personalize it to fit your needs.   If you haven't used it yet, I recommend using our BrandKit tool to upload the camp's logo, colors, any relevant images, and even link to the website if you have one. Then, when you go to make a template, the system will pull in that information and generate a template for you. Great article and video, David. Thank you for sharing.   I think SEO is a valuable tool that often gets overlooked. Of course, major platforms like Google don't necessarily always advertise exactly what the search algorithm prioritizes and it gets changed all the time. Instead of just throwing spaghetti at the wall and seeing what sticks, go to your search platform of choice (and maybe even compare/contrast multiple search platforms) and think about how YOU would search for what you're hoping people search for. You can think of the obvious keywords and maybe the not-so obvious keywords. You can also think about how people might be thinking of what they're looking for and typing in the wrong thing (like a misspelled word). Review the search results that appear near the top of the page (after the sponsored results) and make note of what type of webpage appears. Is it the front-of-site for a company? Is it their community message board? Is it a blog? This can guide you towards understanding what people are looking for and how the search engine prioritizes certain types of pages depending on the search parameters. ... View more

This allows me to run promotions to those who have already engaged ads as well as upload custom audiences LISTS so that I can marketing online directly to those already in my database.
