Hi @Gayle. It looks like you posted in two separate areas with the same question. I have deleted one of them in case we need to work together more on adding a contact and keep our troubleshooting going in only one area. 


You are still able to add a single contact to your account by navigating to the Contacts tab in your account. If you were using the Add Multiple Contacts option, we've seen instances of pasted addresses entered using right-click -> paste not triggering the Continue button. Using CTRL + V should allow the Continue button to work at that point. Let us know if this doesn't help.
