Adding a user ERROR


I'm adding my first user to the account to manage.  All I get is an error at the top 'error adding new user' 


I have redone this several times and the same thing.  This is extremely uninformative as to which fields are the problem or if there is something wrong with my account.  Any other website at least tells me what field has the problem (password doesn't match, etc).   I have followed your tutorial exactly and have changed passwords and usernames multiple times with the same problem.


Hello @RonS529. I was not able to replicate the same error in your account and was able to add myself in as a new user. You can edit my information (including password) to fit the user you were looking to add. It's possible that there may have been something causing our system to not accept the email since it accepted my own. Once you update the information, let us know if it processes correctly.

That did work.  Right before I edited yours I tried again by adding a new user with the exact same information I overwrote yours with and it failed again.  


This works for now but there there seems to be a problem somewhere.
