I am trying to search my previous campaigns using the term "Basic MLS" (without the quotes) and the search results never load. It just keeps spinning and says "Campaigns Loading" but nothing ever loads. I even refreshed my browser and tried again, and closed the browser completely and re-logged in, and it's doing the same thing.
This issue should be resolved now if anyone else was running into this! Sorry for the problems with search. As this was a short-lived issue, we will be closing this thread. Please post directly on the Get Help board if you experience other loading issues.

It looks like the endless loading issue is brand new, and something our engineers are collecting info on for further investigation. I've added my notes to your case, and submitted it to them. When there's an update on the issue, they'll notify you directly.

I even tried another browser and the same thing is happening... I think your search function is down.
Also, when I try to login to the community.constantcontact.com site, after I enter my ID and password, it reroutes me to the Campaign Dashboard instead of opening the community site.
Searching for a campaign gets stuck loading.
The search criteria has been changed from yesterday, 10/20/2021, where the default search was "Relevance". As of today, the default search is "Last Modified" and relevance has been removed from the drop-down menu.
The edit that you made to your search feature has rendered "searching" useless.

When there's an update on the issue, they'll notify you directly. Regarding the "Last Modified," this is a sorting functionality, not a search functionality. Our engineers are also looking into reported issues of partial searches not bringing up results, and will similarly notify you on any updates.
The search feature is working again. The search results sorting option of "Most Relevant" has been returned to the pop-up menu.
