Cannot upload Excel

I have uploaded files to CC before - but today- having issues with Excel. Please advise- thanks.

Hello @CharlesJones ,

 

Is this in reference to a contact upload or a document upload to the Library?

 

I'm seeing a successful upload around the time you made this post today. Were you able to successfully reupload the contacts via file, or did you use the type/past multiple method?

 

If you're still needing assistance uploading the file and believe its properly formatted for upload, please either reply directly to the automated @ mention email you receive from this response, or call our general support, and provide the file so we can troubleshoot it.

I was unable to upload an excel file and also now cannot upload to my library. I cut and pasted the excel but not able to do that with the image. Thank you.
