Continually Getting an Automatically Backing Up Screen

I continue to now get interrupted many times when working in an email with a message that says the email I am working on is being backed up automatically and to click the Refresh button to continue. This can happen 3-4-5 times in as few as 3-5 minutes. I contacted a Help agent via Chat a few weeks ago and was told the issue was internal at your end, being worked on and our account would be flagged as one of the ones being impacted. Then I go in again today and work on a new email and it happens over and over again. It is annoying and frustrating and I don't know why Constant Contact has not corrected it by now. You need to do something or I might be forced to move my business to . I am serious. It is that disruptive and frustrating. Please, fix this issue.

I'm not able to recreate this issue when working in your account at the moment. Have you had a chance to perform any connectivity troubleshooting, to see if there's anything that might be interfering with the site or its connection? I'd recommend looking at either clearing your browser's cache, or checking to see if any specific extensions or security apps/VPNs are interfering with the site connection. 


It'd also be worth checking to see if the issue occurs in the Incognito / Private browsing mode of the browser you're on, or in another browser. If the issue can't be replicated with those methods, it'd denote something specific to the normal version of the browser being used.
