If I were to create a website through constant contact then later decide to stop using constant contact, do I lose my website as well or am I able to keep my website?

Hi @TCORConsulting ,

Good question! If you were to stop the billing with Constant Contact, you would also lose access to the website editing capabilities. The account would need to be open and billable to be usable.

Would I also lose rights to the domain is my main concern. My understanding is that I can either claim a domain I already own and use the website builder through constant contact or I can buy a new domain. Is this correct? Either way, if I decide to buy a new domain or use an existing one through constant contact, would I in turn lose rights to my domain as well if I decided to end my subscription?

Domains can always be transferred. Just as you can purchase and/or transfer a domain into our Website Builder, you should be able to do the same with others. If you'd like more specialized guidance, please reach out to the Website Builder's support team directly.
