Hello @ellenl5 ,
Were you seeing a specific error message when trying to test send your email? Were you unable to do a simple preview of the email through its My Campaigns thumbnail or while in the editor? What content were you expecting our designers to have put in there, based on the information your provided when ordering the template / requesting it from the Sales rep?
In the Shopify Beta Abandon Cart Journey.
1. We could not sent a test and we still do not see a way to preview or send test.
2. We wrote our own copy but it did not save. It just used the generic copy.
3. We added design elements and these did not save.
A bit scary to send out without seeing.
We appreciate any more specific directions.
What occurred you clicked the Send Test button above the editor for the Abandoned Cart email? What design elements did you add? When you clicked the Save button, did an error message pop up, or did it ever explicitly show Saved? Did you perform any other actions to attempt a Send Test or Save before clicking the Activate button?
Are you still having issues editing and saving the email? Are your issues occurring on other browsers or in Incognito / Private browsing mode? Does performing any some basic connectivity troubleshooting alleviate the issue? Please keep in mind that when I say connectivity issues, I'm not necessarily referring to just your internet speed. There are a number of elements that can affect website connectivity and accessibility on an individual basis.
If none of those alleviate the issues, please call our general support number so they can continue troubleshooting with you live. If possible, please have a screenshot of your speed test, including the More Info section, ready for the phone agent.
