Can each user have different orginzational settings? Most of what we send out comes from one area of our orginzation but we are starting to market some of our other events that are held at a different address and sent from my other co-workers email address. So I guess what I am asking is if this information can be different for each user?

You can change the email address for the From for each email you send out, however, if you have authentication turned on, this may cause issues with deliverability. Other organizational info such as physical address would have to be manually changed for the entire account each time if that would be different between each account manager / the owner's sendouts.
