Email direct to inbox for customers

Hello and Good day! I'm Kate, from Linked Helpers, Regarding on my concern to inquire about assistance with sending a news letter. I was wondering if there was a way for our news letter to be viewed or delivered directly to our recipients' Inboxes rather than their promotional or spam mail?

Hello @MorrisJ63 ,

By default, any email sent to someone is trying to be sent directly to their inbox. Based on various settings on the receiving end, this can affect whether the email is filtered by the ISP/network, or if it ends up in a different folder such as Promotions or Updates.

I'd recommend going through this article, which explains how Gmail's Promotions tab works (can be applied to similar email programs' setups), and what you and your contacts can do to make sure your email is getting sorted where it needs to go.

If you have further questions or need more specialized assistance, it may be worth reaching out to our Deliverability team.
