Can you elaborate at all on what you're referring to? Is your issue delivery - as in your sent emails aren't sending out? Or is your issue that you're not receiving test emails?
Additionally, I'm not seeing any attempts to contact support since last month, what channels have you tried to reach out to us on recently, where you haven't gotten a response during our hours of operation?
I have a verified email account that seems to have suddenly stopped working. No previews or tests are going through. And, Error is listed next to the documents I've tried to send.
Based on the error message showing in those emails, the issue is with your self-authentication setup. I'd advise calling the Delivery team directly so they can assist you with addressing that.
Thanks for the suggestion! Of course, the wait time is more than 30 minutes. So, will try and try again. I'm sure no one will answer because Constant Contact doesn't ever actually help.
