Hi. I'm doing emails for a client so she gave me access to her account. I use a template with a photo on the right and text on the left. Lately there's been a problem. I've been re-using the same template for a year, making a copy and updating the content.
I know that on a cell phone, the text appears first and the image appears under it. But on my client's cell phone, the photo gets pushed into the middle of the text, interrupting the flow of thought. She uses Verizon. It's also happening on the phone of her colleague, who uses AT&T.
I thought the template may have gotten corrupted so I tried using an earlier template and send them both a test draft. Meanwhile I had them send me a screenshot of what's happening. Here's a link to it. Can someone take a look and advise me on what might be going wrong and how I can prevent it? Thanks.

Hello @NinaH096,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I did take a look at your screenshot at the image does appear to be moving to the correct spot on a mobile device. For the image to not appear in the middle of the text, you may need to delete the text block completely and the image, and insert a brand new one, and type in your text manually along with placing the image in the correct spot again. Thank you!
Thank you; I'll give it a shot.
Cheers,
Clare
I tried it and the same thing happened.
Time to put on my thinking cap.
Hello @NinaH096,
You may need to send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the username of the account, and the title of the email campaign along with your question so we can do more research. Thanks!
I'll do that right now. Thanks so much.
Clare
