Per our standard protocols, we need to make several attempts to reach out to the original owner for confirmation, as well as take other precautions and security confirmation measures. This can take up to 4 business days for the original owner outreach, before the team lead assigned to your transfer case is able to reach out to the listed new owner.
You also have multiple account owner transfer cases open right now, which isn't going to speed up the process. Please give the team leads time to do their due diligence for account security protocols.
