I no longer want the option for a discount code on my event registration

I  created a discount code for a one time use situation.  Now a place to enter a discount code always appears on my event registration even though I marked it as paused.  How do I remove this?

Hi @AAWG , 

 

I apologize for the confusion! Once the option for an access code is turned on, we unfortunately are not able to delete the access code. If the access code is paused, it won't work if anyone does happen to enter it during registration, but it cannot be deleted entirely, nor can the place to enter a discount code. 

 

We do have an open feature request in place to be able to delete it entirely, however. I have tagged this as a feature request on your account, and our engineering team will be back in touch with you with any updates we have on it.
