Issue with Posting and deleting of test posts on CC and Twitter

Hi, I am fairly new to CC and linked our account to twitter and tested a few posts.  First, the preview of the post is not what showed up on twitter.  There was no picture, just a link.  second, I went back to delete these test posts and there seems to be no way to delete a social media post at all.  please advise.

Hi !

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

  1.  When you click the Share on Social button to share your newsletter, it will auto generate an image from inside the email campaign. In my experience it is best to click the + to add an image, and select one from your library. Please test this, and if it is still not displaying the image please call our Support Team at 866-289-2101 for on the spot troubleshooting.
  2. There is not currently a delete option on the Constant Contact side for social posts that have been sent, but you can delete them directly from the social media page. This is a request we are tracking, and I have tracked this on your behalf. We will send you an email once the delete option has been added.
