That is a great question! Currently, the custom fields appear on the landing page in the order they were originally created. The only way to reorder them at this time is to delete and recreate them in the order you'd like them to appear by managing your custom fields. Be aware, however, that if you did have those custom fields already filled out in your contact list, you would have to reupload the data to repopulate the fields on your contact list.
I completely understand the need to have them appear in a certain order, so I am going to go ahead and track this issue on your account and pass it along to our engineering team. I will be sure to have them reach back out to you with any updates or fixes we have on it.
