Problem with Cox

Hi, Our members who have Cox have not been getting our emails. It is not in their spam either. Have you had a problem with this provider? Thanks, Adina

Hello @TempleHabonim ,

 

Do you know if the Cox recipients are working for a singular organization, or are they all individual contacts? Are they showing up in your Bounces reports for emails, or are they only showing as having been Sent to?

 

I'd suggest reaching out to our Deliverability team to see what specialized insight they might have on the delivery issues, especially since it's related to a singular domain.
