Using Animated GIF Images in an Email Campaign

I have successfully inserted the animated GIF into the email, but I need the first frame to be changed. Not all of the servers will support the animated GIF, so I need the message to be accomplished in a still frame. How can I do that?

Hi @cfbroward ,

I understand needing the main frame of the gif to be what you want to show when it's a static photo. There may be a way to change the main frame, depending on what program was used to create the gif. What program was used to create the animation? It would be worth a try to check any KB articles they may have on the subject, or possibly see if you can reach out to that third party directly for assistance.
