Do we need to use a 3rd party to add a chat button to our website?

Hello @TonyD2910 ,

 

At this time there isn't a chat function available within the Website Builder. A lotof businesses use their social media pages for such functions, but there may be other 3rd party options you're able to utilize, and link to on your website.
