click report not working for a campaign

I keep getting this error message on our campaign click report.


"sorry we are having trouble retrieving your campaign information. Please try again later.  


it has been a couple of days now and no change.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I can understand how important it is to view the reporting on your email campaign. Can you please provide a screenshot of the error message you are seeing? I have taken a look at your campaign and I am unable to replicate this same experience. I can successfully view its click reporting. What browser are you using? Have you tried in a different browser or a private/incognito window? Testing your browser like this allows us to see if there are any 3rd party add-ons that are affecting how Constant Contact is working in your browser.
