cutting a pasting text into the body of an email

Something has changed with the update. I can no longer cut and paste text into my email and then change the font style or size. This is maddening. What do I need to know?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! When copying and pasting text in your campaign, please make sure you are using a text block in order to copy and paste content and then edit font and size. Thanks!
