preventing contacts from inadvertently unsubscribing from all lists

We have 7 or 8 lists that an individual contact may be subscribed to. We are experiencing an issue with people unsubscribing from ALL lists though they intended to "update profile" and unsubscribe from one or two lists. 

Is there a way to add a message/popup after someone clicks on "unsubscribe" that would say something like "Are you sure you want to unsubscribe from all emails from the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ)? " and then have a link to Update Profile available? Even better would be a popup that would list the lists they are on so they could select the lists they want to stay on.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! The unsubscribe form and the Update Profile form work together. As long as you give your subscribers an option of 2 or more lists, they have the option to unsubscribe from all, or select the lists they want to stay on based on the options you provided.  

Unsubscribe Flow

A contact clicks the safe unsubscribe link, and has the option to unsubscribe from ALL mailings, or select the lists they wish to stay subscribed to:

If they change their mind, they have the option to Resubscribe now, which takes them to the Update Profile form, where they again have the option to select the lists they wish to be on:
