I am using a trial version and I am being displayed this message "Your list is growing.
Because of this growth we would like to take a few minutes to learn about your business and contact collection methods. This will help you maintain a great mailing reputation and ensure your emails get into your customer's inbox, not their junk or spam folders.
Although you cannot send just yet, your account will be active and billable so please give us a call."

 

I will upgrade to a paid plan but can do that only after a week (due to some approval constrains from company's end).

 

I have a campaign ready and I have to send it out by Monday. But now I am not able to send even a test mail. What should I do?

Hello @First-NameL51481. You will have to contact our List Review team before you are able to send anything out. Even though you can't send, your account will remain open and billable until this is done. You can reach them at the numbers and hours listed here

As the banner states, you'll need to call our Review team. If you're unable to call for whatever reason, we can get a ticket submitted for a callback. Please be aware these tickets can have up to a 48-business hour turnaround, so it will likely still be quicker for you to call in.
