I'm requesting Constant Contact add the capability to include PDF attachments in emails that can be opened without internet access (after the original email was received with internet access). We found out this is not the case with Constant Contact emails with PDFs attached and will have to go back to Microsoft emails with PDF attachments. There needs to be a method to import events via iCAL, RSS, or some other programatic method. We already have all our events created in a seperate program and it is simply not practicle to have to recreate every event into Constant Contact. We simply want to add unpcoming events to our newletters and required manual event entry in Constant Contact is making it so that we have to use other service for all our emails. ... View more

Requesting the feature that we can add static information such as tags, notes, etc. to Contacts during a scheduled import from Salesforce. Ideally this information would be set per scheduled import.  Right now, we can only map Salesforce data fields to CC fields and select the CC list to merge or overwrite. Adding tags, notes, or any other information that is the same for all imported contacts would be very helpful.    For example, we have a Donor Sign-Ups import from Salesforce. I can add them to our Newsletter, but I would also like to tag all of these contacts as Donors during the import. ... View more

Today, I noticed that the email campaign builder UI has changed.  The usual place to add a link to a button was removed from the menu on top of the text.  It is now only available on the sidebar.  Please bring back the usual placement of this feature under the three dots in the rich text options, or beside it.  I believe that of all of the options for a button, adding a link is the most important to be easily accessible.  ... Is there anyway to convert the contact list in Constant Contact to a membership directory without having to buy a proprietary software system? If not, have you thought that that would be a very valuable adjunct service for your customers since We already have the lists and the data there and they could just have a way of printing out membership directory photographs.? it wouldn’t necessarily have to be that member would go into Constant Contact, but that the Constant Contact could create something we could download as a PDF and share it with the members. it would need to be searchable ideally but not obligatory. Hello,   I am testing your software after discovering it through a Coursera course. I am adding an email contact list manually and when adding it to a list, there is an option to create a new list. But if a user creates a typo, they cannot edit or delete those lists on this page. This creates friction for the user.    Please add the ability to edit and delete lists WITHIN this page. The user should not have to leave the page, delete the list elsewhere and then refresh their original page. ... View more

We desperately need to ability to copy Legacy Events over to New Events.    Our organization creates nearly 100 events a year. This is done efficiently, affectively, and accurately by using the "Copy" feature that exists in the Legacy Events.    As I was told on Chat Support today (9/22), there is not going to be a way to copy Legacy Events over to the New Events -- that we'll need to recreate each event from scratch in the New system.    This is going to create a TON of work for our organization.
