I wish they have alt-text textbox column on sign up pop up form builder for each image so it does not affecting my website overall performance. Like this small close button shows on the screenshot, it does not have any alt-text for the image. If you don't want to add the alt-text, can you please use other alternative like a native html button with font and css or just use text content 'x' at least. ... View more

I've been with Constant Contact since 2014 and it continues to be a wonderful service for my small business. I was wondering if it's possible to create campaigns that look less like a newsletter and more like an email. In other words, without obvious borders. That's definitely the trend these days.   I've done the closest thing I could, which is to make all of my borders white, but that doesn't quite do it.   Any plans for this upgrade? ... View more

Hi, I'd just like to say I use the reporting tool all the time. As for feedback I'd love to see better functionality with it. For example: Sorting: sort what has been clicked on to see in groups. I like to see which articles are read the most for my next newsletter. And who has opened the newsletter to sort by company not just email or be able to sort by @companyname.com or something similar to see who are the most active without inputting an individual email. When will that blue outer boarder color be customizable???   This is ridiculous. Hire a good programmer to make that bar customizable. I shouldn't have to be beholden to the blue. Hi. We have donors who unfortunately share email addresses and as they are individuals they need to receive emails based on them and not just the email address. That may not make sense. So only 1 individual with the email address was brought over to your system and is now in the lists to get emails for whatever list the email is associated with despite the fact that that 1 individual may not be on that list. I was told today to use the work around of adding " 1" before the @ symbol on the emails of the donors not in CC. While I can do this to the 360 records It would be better customer service if that was built into your system. I should never know this is an issue. Your system should sure give the first record that it comes across the original email but for every record that follows it should add that little it to make sure the records are all brought over and sending to the correct lists.
